Every single thing was good. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Exterior view was worthy, the staff were pleasant people on shift. The location was great

We were given a double room with a terrace upon arrival. Everything was good as expected, but the bathroom was horrible. The location was marvellous and incredible, right by an iconic street.

The location is very central. The subway station is 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. The breakfast is plentiful, the stuff keeps it stocked and fairly clean.

The staff are very attentive and hospitable and offer concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge.

Choose double room with a choice of pillows, excellent water pressure, comfortable beds. The absolutely courteous staff all round.

Comfortable bed in the superior room, plus a storage space, a terrace, and an iron. Stunning and fantastic location, a super close walk to Casino de Madrid. Early check-in and exceptional service.

It is an enjoyable base for early morning flight. The superior room overlooks the courtyard and includes an electric kettle and glassware.
